AFLW senior coach from 2017
On the Carlton list as a rookie in 2003 after playing with Dandenong Stingrays. Later played for Mt Gravatt, St Kilda City, De La Salle and Dalyston. Joined Oakleigh in the TAC Cup in 2011 and coached them to back to back flags in 2014 and 2015. Also coached the Box Hill Senior Secondary College Football Academy.
In the 2022 summer season, Stinear took the Demons to their first Grand Final, and later that year was at the helm of the club's inaugural premiership.
