Andrew McQualter

DOB: 9 June 1986

Former St Kilda and Gold Coast player, and Richmond interim senior coach, who joined Melbourne as an assistant coach for 2024.

After his AFL career ended, McQualter joined Richmond as a development coach in 2014 under Mark Williams, before becoming an assistant in 2017. He stepped into the senior role when Damien Hardwick resigned during 2023, coaching the Tigers to seven wins and six losses. He left Punt Road after being overlooked for the senior role in favour of Adem Yze.

After one season with Melbourne, McQualter was named senior coach of West Coast for 2025.
