Furniture company owner who first sat on the board as a representative of MCC Members in 1992. Guest served as Vice-President from 1995 to 1996 and from 1998 until May 2001 when he resigned as part of a peace deal upon the appointment of Gabriel Szondy to replace Joseph Gutnick.

Guest's role in the merger was controversial due to members of his staff buying memberships before the cut-off date so they could vote in favour of the merger. The pro-merger camp alleged that Gutnick's side engaged in the same practices.
