Utility who played a string of games in the middle of 1978, but couldn't break out of the Reserves in 1979.
He then moved to Shepparton, and was best and fairest in the Goulburn Valley League in 1980 and 1981. Code acted as their captain/coach in 1982. He was then at Tatura from 1984 to 1986.
Code then moved to Tasmania in 1987 won the competition's best and fairest the while playing for Devonport. The next year he was part of their premiership team.
In 2015 he was inducted in the Goulburn Valley League Hall of Fame.
