The well-travelled Theodore Quentin "Ike" Sellars moved from Tasmania to Victoria to play for Carlton in 1930 but never made it further than their Seconds side. He then went to Hawthorn but didn't play a senior game there either and joined VFA side Coburg in 1931, before eventually making his league debut in 1932.
He played just two matches before breaking his leg, it put him out of action for the rest of the season. He was cleared to Imperials in May 1933.
