19-year-old key position intercepting defender selected with Melbourne's final pick in the 2021 Mid-Season Draft. Didn't play a game in a first season interrupted by the COVID-related cancellation of the VFL.
Turner came off the bench in the 2022 pre-season match against Carlton but suffered a foot injury. His senior debut was similarly ill-fated, playing three quarters as a replacement for the suspended Steven May before being forced out of the game with a concussion and facial facture. He didn't play another game but July he received a two year contract extension in early July, played in Casey's 2022 VFL premiership side.
