Debuted in the 2016 pre-season game against the Western Bulldogs, before joining Greater Western Sydney as the 16th player drafted for the inaugural AFLW season.
After one season with GWS, Guest was traded back to Melbourne. Played every game in 2018, and four in 2019 before dropping out of the side. Traded to Western Bulldogs at the end of the 2018 season along with picks 8 and 48 for Libby Birch and pick 77.
Guest played three seasons with the Bulldogs before retiring at the end of the 2022 summer season.
