1926 pre-season half-back, who trained alongside Brunswick teammate Ossie Green. Returned to Brunswick, where he stayed until 1933. He retired after one game of 1929 but was persuaded to return by the committee.

Bright was Brunswick secretary in 1927. Died aged 41 years old.

Served in the Army during World War One
