Saturday 7 September - Fawkner Park
South Yarra 1

Match drawn
In the last club match of the season Melbourne's disappointing year - with no wins against seniors sides - came to an end with the side behind on the scoreboard but saved by the 'two goals to win' rule.
On a sloppy ground, South kicked with the the best of a wind blowing across the ground and had the only goal of the game after half an hour. When the sides switched and the Rreds had chances but couldn't equalise.
Best for Melbourne were visiting Carlton players Hillsden and O'Brien.
