DOB: 10 June 1939
Sports psychologist who worked with the club's players in 1982 and 1983. He'd previously been at Carlton and Richmond. Webster lasted two seasons, leaving after a 1983 season where it was suggested he’d started to usurp some of Barassi’s power via his closeness with some of the playing group. He joined Essendon in 1984.
Webster later worked with India and the Kolkatta Knight Riders. Webster played first class cricket between 1961 and 1968.
