DOB: 29 September 1970
Ex-North Melbourne and Hawthorn midfielder who retired at the end of 2001 and immediately moved into coaching. He was in charge of the Ballarat Rebels Under 18s side from 2002 to 2004 before joining Melbourne as an assistant.
Rock became coach of Essendon District side Greenvale in 2010, and after two successive premierships he took charge of VAFA side St Bernards in 2014.
