Played in the 2014 exhibition game, after winning the 2021 WAWFL Best and Fairest. Held a number of coaching jobs after retiring as a player, including as an assistant at Subiaco in 2021, before joining West Coast as a development coach in 2022. In the 2022 spring season Stammers joined Fremantle as a development coach.
