Frank Grey Smith

Frank Grey Smith DOB: 23 February 1827
Died: April/May 1900

Honours:
Life Member

MFC President from 1880 through at least 1881 and Melbourne Cricket Club President from 1886 to 1900.

The Grey Smith Stand at the MCG was named in his honour stood from 1906 to 1966 when it was demolished to be replaced with the Ponsford Stand. He now has a room named after him at the ground.

He was the President of the VFA in 1889 and 1890.
