Centreman who played in the 1964 pre-season, and had the better of Hassa Mann in an intra-club match. He received an 'outstanding service' award at the end of the year, but despite his performance he didn't make it out of the Reserves during the year and moved to Fitzroy in 1965.

He played nine games for the Lions that year before leaving the club to join New Norfolk in Tasmania. He stayed with them for the remainder of the 1960s and represented his state in the 1969 Adelaide Carnival. In 1970 he joined Clarence.

Wore number 41 in Reserves games.
