Tasmanian forward, and decathalon champion, who was recruited despite missing all of 1967 after a broken wrist in the first game.

Fahey played 20 Reserves games in 1968 and led Melbourne's goalkicking. He played with Prahran from 1969 to 1971, then with Mordialloc from 1972 to 1975 as he battled multiple knee injuries.
