1958 recruit forward who did not play seniors after the league's permit committee ruled that he was residentially tied to Richmond.
DeLorenzo had impressed in practice games while playing half-back flank, but when he went before the permit committee to ask to be cleared to Melbourne he was claimed by Richmond. They claimed he had lived in Oakleigh for 13 weeks over the summer and was residentially tied to them. He played 10 games for the Tigers in 1958, his only league season, before being forced into retirement due to injury.
