Ruckman who made his WAFL senior debut with three senior matches for East Fremantle in 1995 and also represented Western Australian in the Under 18 championships before being picked by Melbourne with selection 55 in that year's National Draft.

A long term project player who didn't appear in any AFL senior matches for his first two seasons - despite once being named in the team - before making a handful of appearances during 1998.

Bradly failed to play a senior game in 1999 after injuring his knee. During the year he was placed on the long term injury list and temporarily replaced on the senior list by Ben Beams. At the end of the year he was subsequently delisted, then re-drafted in the Rookie Draft.

Another season ending knee injury destroyed his 2000 season and he was once again delisted. He then joined the North Ballarat VFL side for 2001 where injury problems again troubled him, but when fit in 2002 he topped the club's goalkicking. He remained with the Roosters through 2003.
