Midfielder who debuted for St Kilda in 2014. After six seasons as a regular he only played one game in 2020 and 12 in 2021. Despite scoring 11 Brownlow Medal votes in his last season, he was delisted by St Kilda and signed by Melbourne as a free agent.

When he debuted in Round 6, 2022, Dunstan became the first ex-Saints player to debut for the Melbourne men's side since Jamie Shanahan in 1998. He appeared five times, the last as an unused medical substitute. Played in Casey's 2022 VFL premiership side.

Dunstan was not called up for a senior game during 2023, before suffering a serious knee injury in a VFL game and retiring at the end of the season.

Joined South Belgrave in 2024.
