Small forward/midfielder selected by the Demons with their second pick in the 2013 National Draft after playing for Victoria Metro in the AFL Under 18 championships. In his last season at Oakleigh he was co-captain, the first indigenous player to captain a TAC Cup side.
After impressing in his club debut pre-season match against Richmond he was chosen to debut in the first game of the home and away season and came on as a substitute to replace the concussed Jack Fitzpatrick during the second quarter. He played 14 games for the season.
Before the 2015 season Kennedy-Harris represented the Indigenous All-Stars team. Three hamstring injuries stopped him playing any senior games in 2016, and he returned for six more games in both the next two seasons. Continued to be a fringe player in 2019, adding another five games to his total before being delisted at the end of the season.
