Midfielder drafted after playing nine SANFL senior games in 2014. Debuted during 2015 and played 11 games in his first season. Neal-Bullen found himself out of favour in 2016, playing just four matches, but returned to be a regular in 2017. It was his most successful campaign to date, missing just three games and kicking a career high 15 goals. He continued to be a regular in 2018, kicking 27 goals from 25 games and playing every match of the season. His form dropped in 2019, with only seven goals from 14 games, and he was only picked seven times in 2020.

Neal-Bullen's career was revived in 2021, one of his side's most important pressure forwards. He played every game for the year, culminating in a premiership victory. He was a regular again in 2023, only missing one game, and registering his best goalkicking for a season since 2018. 2024 was his career best season, playing every game and playing an integral role in the Demon forward line. After Round 22 it was revealed that Neal-Bullen had requested a trade to a South Australian club in 2025 to return home for family reasons. He finished third in that year's Best and Fairest before being swapped to Adelaide for 2024 National Draft selection #28.
