17-year-old full-back, recruited in October 1944 after winning of the Federal League's best and fairest. Returned in the 1946 pre-season but didn't play seniors. He then trained at Oakleigh, where he also played as a forward in 1947.

Back at Mentone in 1950. Joined Moorabbin in 1954, playing one season there. Returned to a local side in 1955 before going back to Moorabbin in August.
