Arthur "Percy" Tulloh was a half-forward flank/forward pocket who represented the VFL against Bendigo in 1922 and played with VFL representative sides in 1923 and 1924. Known as a strong mark despite his light frame he could kick well on both sides of his body.

Tulloh kicked a career high seven goals against South Melbourne in Round 13, 1927 but it was one of only three games he played in his last season with the Redlegs.

He joined St Kilda in 1928 and played a further three games for them, kicking two more goals. That year he joined Prahran in the VFA mid-season. He transferred to Brighton in 1929 and remained there through 1930, a year he won their best and fairest award. He also played cricket for Malvern during his career.
