1949 Seconds premiership player

1949 Seconds player who had played three games for Fitzroy in 1947.

Chipp never managed a senior game with Melbourne and joined VFA side Prahran where he played on the wing in their 1951 premiership side. In 1952 he ran in the Stawell Gift final.

In 1960 he became a Federal MP for the Liberal Party, before breaking away and forming the Australian Democrats in 1977.
