Joined the club as Western Australia based recruiting scout in 1991, and remained in the role through 2013 except for a stint as a full-time recruiting officer in Victoria between 1992 and 1994.

Also acted as the club's forward scout for all games in Western Australia between 1994 and 2008.

Coached De La Salle to a B Section VAFA premiership in 1989, and an A section premiership in 1991.
