In their first NT home game of the year, the Demons shot out of the blocks with a six goal first quarter, and still led by 16 at the last change. They were then inaccurate, kicking 1.8 in the final term as the Crows ran them down. Sam Weideman had an opportunity to win the game with a set shot seconds before the siren but missed.
Best were Gawn, Harmes and Brayshaw. Salem (illness) was replaced in the selected side by Weideman, and Hore (calf soreness) was replaced in the selected side by Kennedy-Harris.
