25-year-old forward drafted after impressing over five seasons for Melbourne's VFL affiliate side. Suffered a rib injury in his second game that kept him out of the side, then hurt his foot on return to Casey five weeks later which stopped him from playing another game for the year.
Added a further four games in the middle 2018 before returning to the VFL for the rest of the year. He was in and out of the side again in 2019, playing three consecutive games at the most due to multiple injury issues including concussion and a foot injury. He retired from the AFL at the end of the year, signing for South Belgrave for 2020. When suburban leagues were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic he instead rejoined Casey for a shortened VFL season.
