Midfielder who was drafted as a 17-year-old and spent 2019 in development with the Casey Demons VFL side. With the 2020 VFL season cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jordon wasn't able to play regularly but was retained for the 2021 list. While in training in Queensland during 2020 he suffered a serious finger injury that required plastic surgery.

At the end of the season he was moved to the rookie list, but was selected for Melbourne's first team of 2021 and played in nine consecutive wins to begin his career. Started every game until being named medical substitute in Round 20. From there he was the sub another four times, including in the Grand Final. He was elevated to the senior list again at the end of the season, and played another 22 games in 2022 but found himself relegated to substitute again in the last round before a foot injury put him out of contention for finals.

Due to being delisted at the end of 2020, Jordon became a free agent at the end of each contract and opted to leave Melbourne at the end of 2023, a season where he played 18 games but was named substitute six times, and substituted out of games twice. He joined Sydney and played in their 2024 Grand Final loss.
