Harold "Hec" Davidson, was a rover who failed to play a senior game in 1933 or 1934, but tied for the 1934 Gardiner Medal for best player in the Seconds competition and lost on countback. He'd already finished second in the medal in 1931 and 1932.

Davidson remained in the Seconds in 1934 and was cleared to Camberwell in June 1935. He played there until 1937.

His brother Arthur played seven games for Hawthorn in 1939.
