Defender traded to Melbourne after four seasons at Carlton, who had originally selected her with pick #27 in the 2018 AFLW Draft. She had been restricted to three games in the 2022 summer season, and played just four for Melbourne in her first campaign.
Wilson played another four games in 2023, with three in a row from Round 7 before being dropped for the last home and away game, and not being picked for finals. At the end of the season Wilson was traded to Gold Coast as part of a multi-team deal that also saw Melbourne gain Lily Johnson from Port Adelaide, and National Draft selections #12, 23 and 40, losing Maddie Gay, picks 19, 26 and 56.
