Enlisted in the Australian Army in November 1942, and played twice for the Demons while stationed in Victoria.
Originally from the Goldfields, Bizacca debuted with Claremont in 1941. After the war he played with Kalgoorlie City, before rejoining Claremont in 1947. After two seasons in the city, Bizacca returned to the Goldfields a second time.
