Defender who joined the club in 1922 but spent the year in the Seconds. He excelled and was promoted to the senior list in 1923. Elliott played six games in 1923 and five in 1924 before being cleared back to the Seconds in June 1924. He returned to play two more senior games later that year.
He joined VFA side Coburg in May 1925, and was captain/coach of Camberwell from 1926 to 1928.
