Key defender who battled two seasons of injury to play for Western Australia in the underage national championships. Played seniors for Peel Thunder late in the season before a shoulder injury ended his year. Spent 2023 and 2024 developing at Casey.
Represented Melbourne in the 2023 Grand Final Sprint and came third in the final. Adams signed a two year contract extension in March 2024, and played another season in the VFL waiting for his chance in the senior side. In late 2025 he was called up to the senior side for the first time but only remained in the senior side for a week before returning to the VFL.
Did not a play another senior game in 2026. Missed several weeks with a knee injury, then returned to the VFL and suffered another knee injury which ended his season.
