The brother of Derek was Under 19s vice-captain in 1964, a year he continued to play school football. After spending 1965 in the Reserves he was called up to train with the senior squad in advance of the last game of the season and was then elevated to the side for his first game. He added six games in 1966 and three more in 1967 before being dropped from Melbourne's list.
Feldmann was cleared to Fitzroy in 1968 but failed to play a senior match. With VFA side Caulfield from 1970 to 1974 when he retired.
Later a partner with Maher & Co Real Estate.
