Tasmanian rover who was recruited after impressing in an exhibition match in June 1907
Played 30 games over two years before joining VFA side Prahran in May 1910. He served as their captain into early 1912, before re-signing and transferring to Northcote, where he remained through 1913.
His brother Tom was recruited by Collingwood in 1909 but did not play a senior VFL match.
