Ruck and former basketballer who was drafted after playing in the 2016 exhibition match against Brisbane. Pearce played in Melbourne's first AFLW side, and played every game in the club's inaugural season. Pearce only missed one game in 2018, before a breakout 2019 where she was one the best rucks in the league and earned her first All Australian selection.

Pearce a delayed start to the 2020 season, not playing her first game until Round 4. Further injury kept her out for another three weeks, before returning for the winning Semi Final. Pearce returned to top form in 2021, playing every game. She returned to the All Australian team in 2022, and played in a Grand Final. Pearce played all but one game in that year's spring season, appearing in the club's breakthrough premiership victory.

Signed a one year contract extension at the end of 2023, but missed most of 2024 due to a wrist injury at training before Round 2, not returning to the side until Round 8. Signed a two year contract extension at the end of the season.
