Half-back/wingman who captained Gippsland Power in his draft season, and made the Under 18 All-Australian team. Played for Vic Country in the national Under 18 championships and was best on ground in the deciding game. Lindsay missed the draft combine due to a knee injury, but was still taken with Melbourne's second pick in the National Draft. After impressing in his first two games, Lindsay suffered a knee injury in his third match, which was initially thought to be serious but only kept him out of the side for a few weeks. He returned to play 18 game for the season.
His 2026 season was reduced to seven games, after suffering persistent hip and groin soreness. His last game was in Round 5, before returning for the last two games of the season, including Melbourne's losing final.
