Career Statistics

The nephew of Colin Niven and Ray Niven was named to the Melbourne list in 1946 while still serving in the Army (2/4 Australian General Hospital) but it was discovered that he was residentially tied to North Melbourne and he was forced to join them. He debuted that year and two seasons later was joined by brother John.
