1998 TAC Cup team of the year member and Gippsland Power Best and Fairest who played reserves for the Demons during 1999 and was named in the TAC team of the season again.

Hazelman later moved to Canberra and played for Belconnen between 2002 and 2004 - voted best on ground in a premiership win in his last season.

In 2008 he coached Gormandale in the North Gippsland League and won the best player award for the league.
