1975 Under 19s half back, recruited after winning the senior Best and Fairest in the Kyabram District League. He had won the Thirds equivalent in both 1971 and 1972.
Black returned to Nagambie at the end of the year and won further Best and Fairest awards for the club in 1985 and 1988.
