Former taekwondo champion, who was Melbourne's last pick in the third AFLW draft. Selected as a utility who was primarily a small forward but could play as a winger or defender. Played the last two games of 2019 as a defender, and a further four matches in 2020.

Heath established herself as a regular in 2021, playing every match for the year in defence. She was further improved in the 2022 summer season, again playing every game as an important part of the Demon backline. Later that year she played a key part in Melbourne's first AFLW premiership, performing a valuable shutdown role on one of the league's best forwards in the Grand Final.

Signed a four year contract extension at the end of 2023.
