Playing their lone Friday night game of the season the Demons gave the more fancied Bombers a scare before eventually succumbing. Explosive forward Liam Jurrah played an impressive debut, nearly goalling with his first kick (the ball was touched on the line by Dustin Fletcher) and booting his first major after a high fly and crumb off the back of the pack.
Youngsters Jack Watts and Jack Grimes also got their first goals. Best were Sylvia, Bate and Green.
The Demons wore a special jumper in support of the Clash For Cancer.
