From: Vaucluse

1891 and 1892 player who was fined for breaching the peace during the club's 1892 tour of Adelaide. He and his fellow accused Ernest Howes left the club soon after. It was decided by the club that the damage was the result to their hotel room was the result of a 'practical joke'.

There is some suggestion that the incident ended his time at the club, but the MFC cleared he and Gibson upon their return to Victoria.
