Drafted by Melbourne after one VFL season to provide midfield depth for the inaugural AFLW season, Lampard played in every game of Melbourne's first AFLW season. Missed the first six weeks of 2018 after a hamstring injury, then suffered a knee injury on her return. Returned to play every game for 2019 AFLW season. Retained her spot for the first six games of 2020 before seriously injuring her other knee.

Lampard returned early in 2021, playing nine games in defence, and was a regular again in 2022. She again played every game in the 2022 spring season, kicking two vital goals in the Qualifying Final win, and appearing in the club's maiden premiership victory.

Was having her best year yet in 2023, before a season-ending broken wrist in Round 7. Signed a one year contract extension at the end of the year. Played every game in 2024, earning a two year contract extension.
