Highest score against Adelaide
For the second week in a row, Melbourne kicked the first two goals in a final before the opposition got into the game. A goal in the last second to Maggie Mahony gave Melbourne a 12 point buffer at quarter time, before Adelaide took control of the match with five goals to one in the second quarter. Melbourne fought back after half time, tying the score at the last change thanks to a desperate chase and tackle by Tahlia Gillard. The Demons kicked the first three goals of the last quarter, and a late consolation to the Crows wasn't enough to challenge and they were eliminated from the 2025 season. Melbourne moved on to a Preliminary Final against North Melbourne.
Best were Hore, Heath, and Gillard
