Recruited as a free agent before the 2024 season, Beasley finished college basketball commitments before joining Melbourne. She had previously played football as a junior before concentrating on basketball from 2018. Beasley played at Midland College (2018-2020), the University of Washington (2020-2021), then Montana University (2022), and Northern Arizona (2023-2024) in her final year of college eligibility. Beasley had first come to the attention of Melbourne recruiters while playing basketball alongside future Demon Tegan Cunningham at Waverley Falcons.
In training before Round 4, Beasley suffered a season ending knee injury, but was given a two year contract extension at the end of the year. Beasley recovered from her injury by late in the 2025 but couldn't break back into the team Another knee injury in a 2026 pre-season game ended her year.
