Former two-time Victorian Under 18 player who first appeared with Melbourne in a 2016 exhibition game. After missing out on being selected in the inaugural AFLW draft she joined Adelaide as a free agent and played in a premiership. She was delisted by the Crows at the end of 2019 and joined the Hawthorn VFLW side.
With Melbourne running low on players due to a raft of injuries during the 2020 AFLW season, Perkins was signed as an emergency top-up player and allowed to play the last three games in the senior side. As a top-up player, she returned to the draft at the end of the season and was selected by Gold Coast. After 15 games across two seasons she returned to Hawthorn for their inaugural AFLW season, becoming the first women's player to appear at four different clubs.
