Defender cleared from Essendon in June 1930 but did not play senior football. Promoted to the senior list at the start of 1931 but only played Seconds. While on Melbourne's list he played games for Prahran in both 1931 and 1932. Appeared in the 1933 pre-season but didn't play a senior game. Cleared to Prahran in May 1934.
