Under 19s player in 1987. Went to Ormond after leaving the club, then played three games for Sydney in 1991 after being picked as a pre-National draft priority selection in 1990.

Dropped from the Sydney list during 1992 he returned to Ormond before being selected by Carlton in the 1992 Mid-Season Draft

Played for Sandringham from 1993 to 1995.
