The son of Graham Molloy debuted for Norwood in 1990 and was was drafted alongside two other Norwood players, Martin Pike and Damon Munt, at the end of 1992.
Molloy was used sparingly in his four seasons with the Demons and returned to Norwood after his AFL career ended, where he played again from 1997 to 1999 for 80 games total and the 1997 premiership.
