Small forward originally selected by the Dockers with the #17 overall pick in the 2018 National Draft, Duffy debuted against Melbourne in Round 1, 2019. Led Fremantle's goalkicking in 2020, and was nominated for the Rising Star in her second game.

Duffy withdrew from the 2022 summer season to concentrate on an off-field career and was delisted by the Dockers at the end of that year. She then signed for Melbourne as a free agent for the spring season, debuting after building fitness early in the season. Dropping out of the side after four games with a foot injury, Duffy couldn't break back into the team, missing Melbourne's finals campaign. Duffy was delisted at the end of the season.
